For Technical customer support activities in Guangdong including surrounding provinces we are looking for a customer minded, experienced and technical versatile

Duties:

• Provide technical support to users of BUCHI products in China
• Repair defective products or parts
• Install new products at customers sites
• Provide basic training for how to use BUCHI products to the user

Requirements:

• Education in electronics or mechanics
• 2-3 years work experience in an analytical chemistry laboratory, or 2-3 years work experience in a similar position of technical support for laboratory equipment
• Good communication skills
• English knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to travel

 This position is based in GuangZhou
